This Humid House is hiring for the position of Studio Assistant.

**We are a botanical design studio that**:
Creates and sells floral products like bouquets through an e-commerce platform

Is responsible for weekly and seasonal arrangements at various retail, F&B and hospitality establishments

Conceptualises and executes floral and plant styling for small to large-scale events and productions

The Studio Assistant will be responsible for the day to day organization and upkeep of the studio to support the retail, accounts and events teams. To be clear, this is an operations and support position and not a designer role, though an interest in design and the natural world is, of course, helpful.

Confident drivers - Must possess a valid class 3 driving license

Extremely organised

Resourceful

Flexible

Able and willing to work on weekends

Good time managers

The Studio Assistant reports to the Head of Design. Responsibilities include:
Inventory management of consumables

Assisting with deliveries and team logistics

Resetting the studio after events

Sourcing and procuring for projects

Preparing and packing for projects and events

Assisting with venue bump-ins

Assisting with event setups

Coordination with event planners, production, AV, landscape contractor, movers, freelancers, etc

Organising and executing event tear-downs

Submitting paperwork for event setups

**Salary range**: $2400-$2900

Compensation commensurate with experience.
