**Event and Marketing Coordinator (6 Months Contract)**

Headquartered in Singapore, our client is a regional start up with award-winning innovative products and services. They are poised to grow rapidly in South-east Asia and are seeking like-minded talent to join them.

**Jobs Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the organizing of educational / promotional events - traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Understand the key objectives of each event to produce and prepare the required marketing materials and presentations.
- Manage the schedules, planning of logistics and manpower.
- Manage merchandise requirements from sourcing to procurement; inventory management and distribution.
- Ensure that the event / roadshow set up is neat and consistent with brand identity.
- Engage / present to new partners and potential prospects, create new opportunities for outreach and promotion.
- Analysis and prepare a post-event tracking report.
- Maintain a close relationship with the partners for new opportunities and nurture prospects towards results post-event.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong project management skill
- Good communication skills orally and in writing
- Team player who has the ability to function well both independently and collaboratively
- Must be available to work on selected weeknights and weekends dependant on event schedule
- Photography and videography skills are a plus.
- It would be an advantage if you have prior experience (1 year) in event management or retail sales.
