Executive (Patient Safety), Ipsq

You will support SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute for Patient Safety & Quality (IPSQ) to drive cluster-wide efforts in patient safety and quality.
You will work closely with the SingHealth Patient Advocacy Network (SPAN) in the planning and execution of initiatives that drive patient safety and family engagement for patient safety and patient and staff experience. This includes developing of programmes to engage patient advocates as well as healthcare teams.
You will also contribute to patient safety and quality through designing and implementing initiatives. This includes planning, coordination of cluster-wise Patient Safety workshops, surveys and reports.
In addition, you will coordinate and facilitate project meetings, conduct data analysis and reporting, and provide secretariat support to various workgroups and committees.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of working experience in partnerships & outreach or volunteer management
- Experience in partnership and engagement and programme development. Patient experience and process improvement in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in managing large data (i.e. data management and analysis)
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate various tasks across concurrent priorities.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
