Manager, Graduate Admissions

The Office of Admission is looking for a Manager to join their team:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manages and provides information to prospective local/Post Graduate students about the University’s programmes and enrolment policies.-
- Implements communication plans for the University’s programmes to internal and external stakeholders as well as potential local/ Post Graduate students.- Organises reports to analyse and evaluate market trends, existing partnerships and services, and their impact on local enrolment numbers in meeting the University’s targets and objectives.- Administers all communication to students, faculty members and managers to ensure clarity on all local/Post Graduate admission requirements, processes and updated changes.- Supervises support staff to ensure adherence to the procedures and guidelines for providing advice and information to prospective local/Post Graduate students while maintaining a high level of customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field from a recognized University.- At least 4 to 6 years of supervisory and related work experience preferred.- Strong in data analytics and use of Power BI will be of an added advantage.- Meticulous and high attention to details.- Energetic, resilient, and receptive to change.- High integrity is a must.- Service-oriented mindset.
