**Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various administrative, data management, and IT-related tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Microsoft Forms Management: Assist in creating, editing, and managing Microsoft Forms for internal use.
- Data Collation for Insurance Renewal: Support in gathering and organizing required data for the annual insurance renewal process.
- File Archiving and Scanning: Help with the systematic archiving and scanning of important documents to ensure efficient records management.
- Staff Claims Review: Perform basic checks and verifications on staff claims for accuracy and completeness.
- Supplier Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Inventory Management: Conduct inventory checks, ensure proper tagging, and verify inventory tallies.
- Cross-Charging Support: Assist in allocating IT-related invoices to the appropriate departments using Excel.
- New Laptop Setup: Support in the basic setup and configuration of new laptops for staff use.

**Qualifications**:

- Student pursuing Degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Good in analytical skills and has an eye for detail
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and expose to new and different challenges
- Possess good work attitude and highly self-motivated

Note:

- Minimum Internship Duration: At least 3 months
- Depending on educational background, Interns will be paid a monthly internship allowance of S$1500 (max)
- Please state your earliest availability and commitment period
