At InnoCellular, a leading refined and specialized media production company, we are seeking a talented and experienced Manager of Communications and Strategy Planning to join our team. As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our communication strategy, enhancing our brand presence, and driving our mission to make cell therapies accessible and engaging for diverse audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote our media productions across various channels, including digital platforms, print publications, social media, websites, conferences, and events;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and information, and translate complex scientific concepts into engaging and accessible messages suitable for diverse target audiences;
- Manage the creation of high-quality content, including articles, press releases, social media posts, videos, and infographics, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with our brand identity;
- Drive the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and impact;
- Monitor industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation;
- Establish and maintain relationships with users, media, and strategic partners to expand our reach and enhance our brand reputation;
- Measure and analyze communication efforts, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve performance;
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring the overall success of the communication team.

**Requirements**:

- PhD or Master degree holder in Biological Sciences, Manufacturing for Cell Therapies. Experience in media formulation and cell culture is preferred.
- Experiences in Communications, Marketing, and Project Management or a related field, preferably within the scientific community, is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of scientific concepts and the ability to comprehend complex information into engaging and easily understandable content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a demonstrated ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Proficiency in utilizing various communication channels, including digital and social media platforms, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Be innovative to reach out for new collaborations in media developments.
