**Position Description**:
The Total Rewards Leader APAC (New Consumer Health Company) has responsibility for compensation and benefits strategy and design; providing strategic business support and implementation of solutions to enable the business to achieve their organization, talent, and growth objectives. This role will provide compensation & benefits leadership for APAC including but not limited to local compensation and benefits program design and implementation - health & welfare, perks, leaves and disability, as well as broad base compensation (restructurings, retention, year-round compensation planning, job leveling).

The Total Rewards Leader APAC (NCHC) will partner with business leaders, HR, and Global Services to develop and deploy total reward solutions that drive outcomes for the business and are linked to NCHC’s overall Total Rewards strategy. The role will provide proactive & strategic business support - understanding key business challenges and opportunities and proactively providing solutions to enable the APAC region to achieve their growth objectives. The role will lead change and communication strategies for our rewards programs that are tailored to the HR community, leadership, and employees.

This role will report to the Regional Head of Total Rewards APAC.

A maximum of 25% travel will be required.

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree is required
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive Total Rewards experience (Compensation, Benefits, Pensions) including design, implementation and/or management of Total Rewards programs and processes
- Must be able to operate as an agile leader with understanding and appreciation for regional/country differences
- Experienced in shaping solutions, with strong communication and collaborate partnership skills is required
- Relationship management, coaching and collaboration skills, with leaders at all levels is required
- Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; formal presentation and facilitation skills are required
- Must be able to maintain confidential information

**Preferred Requirements/Competencies**:

- Healthcare or related industry experience is preferred
- CEBS, or similar certification is preferred
- Experience with continuous improvement and quality, such as Six Sigma or Lean Methodology is preferred
