**Job Description of Head of Facilities Management**
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head will be an important member of the leadership team who will be responsible for leading the facilities management department to deliver high quality services to clients.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Lead the IFM team to plan, operate, maintain and ensuring 24/7 operational readiness of the essential M&E and building services across various projects
- Conduct costing analysis to recommend proposed pricing, prepare proposals, work with the Business Development team on the proposal to be presented to the client and do presentation to prospective client on the services to be offered
- Oversee and manage the service delivery of Hard services in various sites
- Oversee the service level assurance performance, tracking & monitoring, regulatory compliance, incident management, rectification and intervention.
- Meet KPI targets for various FM contracts and responsible for managing the relationship with the client representative
- Monitor the IFM and term contractors in meeting the terms and conditions of the agreements.
- Execute improvement plans to enhance the FM operations, customer satisfaction and engagement
- Ensure compliances with internal/ external processes such as procurement & financial procedures
- Leads implementation of industry best practices, processes and procedures
**Job requirements**
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities Management or equivalent with strong M&E background.
- Possesses minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing a multi-disciplinary team in the managing and maintenance of commercial buildings, institution buildings and government buildings
- Experience in managing Government portfolio
- Possesses strong leadership and client management skills
