JR71104 QE INSPECTOR

Responsibilities and Tasks

You are mainly responsible to
- Perform particle count measurements
- Inspect and govern the quality of control measures for cleanroom work activities
- Identify, troubleshoot and communicate any issues or problems encountered during daily job duties.
- Manage time and efficiency to complete assigned job on time.
- Work with Assembly/Test/Module/SSD Engineering, Facility, Automation and MFG to reduce risk of particles to products.

Quality of Process
- Operate particle counters as per SOP.
- Ensure compliance to all cleanroom and clean factory related SOP/specifications/standards.
- Identify abnormalities and react as per requirements.
- Make suggestions to improve quality and efficiency of processes

Complete Certification and Recertification
- Participate in assigned training; Ask questions to increase knowledge and ability
- Complete certification requirements by demonstrating understanding and abilities
- Track training in Workday and complete required training on time

Communicate Information
- Receive and understand pass down; Provide a clear, accurate, and thorough pass down
- Seek clarification when in doubt
- Provide feedback to leadership, coworker, and support groups
- Offer suggestions for improvement when appropriate

Adhere to Company rules and regulations, and Promote Safety in the Workplace
- Identify and promptly report hazards.
- Follow safety Follow safety protocols
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools within manufacturers’ and company guidelines.
- Use proper lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically correct manner
