**DESCRIPTION**
**About the department**:
Being part of Transformation Office, this role serves as a liaison between business users, vendors, IT and Regional Office, working on regional/local projects for AXA Singapore.

**A glimpse of your daily mission**:

- Facilitate the definition of user requirement with business, conduct performance gap analysis, prepare requirement package (e.g. Business Requirement Specification, Process Map, Product Roadmap, Requirement Traceability Matrix, etc.). Including liaison with relevant stakeholders on scope control and requirements management;
- Structure business requirements in an appropriate fashion to ensure that they are effectively communicated to, understood by and usable by stakeholders from both IT (i.e., delivery team - system managers/ analysts) and business;
- Support rationalization of user requirements across countries for regional related projects (and sharing of requirements when synergies exist across countries);
- Coordinate with business users to define user acceptance test (UAT) and deployment activities. This includes facilitating communication between IT, test center and business stakeholders to ensure all have a clear understanding of the requirements, how we will manage defect fixing/ clarifications, etc.;
- Support business change management processes which include organizing and conduct user training to ensure efficient transition.
- Take on role of scrum master if and when needed, willing to learn Scrum Master skills

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Successful qualifier of this mission**:

- University graduate preferably in Business, Finance, IT or other related disciplines;
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business requirement gathering & specification, user acceptance testing and user management, with experience in P&C, Life or Health insurance an added advantage;
- Organized, structured and able to do detailed work and documentation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in verbal and written English communications essential;
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency using JIRA
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
