We are a growing serviced apartment business with properties in Singapore and are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be crucial in ensuring the operational efficiency and excellent living conditions of our properties at 524 Kampong Bahru Road and 257 River Valley Road.

As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, preventative care, and timely repair tasks across the specified properties to ensure resident safety and satisfaction5. You will work closely with Community Management and Facilities Management to uphold the high standards of The Keystone.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Property Maintenance & Repair**:

- Execute general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC (minor), and general building systems within the properties.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies reported by residents or staff.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed accurately and safely, adhering to all Singaporean regulations.
- **Preventative Maintenance**:

- Implement and manage a preventative maintenance schedule for all critical building systems and common areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common facilities to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
- **Vendor and Inventory Management**:

- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when specialized repair work is necessary.
- Manage and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and repair supplies.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Accurately document all completed work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory changes.
- Gather and provide maintenance and repair reports to the Facilities Management team.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with Community Management to minimize disruption to residents during repair works.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Experience & Knowledge**:

- Proven experience in general building maintenance, facility repair, or a related technical trade, preferably within the hospitality, serviced apartment, or property management industry is viewed favourably12.
- Familiarity with Singapore's safety and building maintenance standards.
- **Skills**:

- Strong technical skills in a variety of trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
- Good communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
- Proficiency in using common tools and diagnostic equipment.
- **Attributes**:

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and focused on providing a high level of service.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Adaptable and able to respond effectively to maintenance emergencies.

- **Compensation**: A competitive salary package fully compliant with Singaporean employment standards under the _Employment Act_ and _CPF Act_.

- **Working Schedule**: 5 days a week, 2 days of rest each week. There may be a need to work weekends or after-hours for emergencies.

Pay: $1,508.41 - $3,136.37 per month
