**Position**: Technician Team Leader (Light Automotive)

**Salary**: $2,500 - $3,500

**Location**: West

**Working Hours / Days**: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri) / 8.30am - 11.30am (Alt Sat Off)Responsibilities:
Supervise workshop operations and technicians' productivity and efficiency
Job distribution to technicians according to the promised servicing timing and technician capabilities
Ensure all service and repairs are performed thoroughly and in accordance to good quality practice and procedures adhering to Principal's / Company's Standard
Ensure warranties parts are replaced are according to Standard Operating Procedure
QC check for all the vehicles that was repaired by technicians and able to use diagnostic equipment to clear any fault code
Liaise with technical Department for more difficult trouble shooting
Observe honest and ethical practice of genuine replacement of parts and service rendered according to the checklist and scope of works
Always maintain the work bay and workshop areas in safe and orderly working condition
Report abnormal and unsafe workshop condition so that corrective and preventive action can be made
Maintain workshop equipment and personal equipment in good and working condition

**Requirements**:
At least 5 years of working experience the Automotive industry
Minimum Nitec 2 in Automotive Technology or equivalent
Able to use computer for troubleshooting
Team player with good discipline and positive attitude
Possess a Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
