**Job Summary**

As a Sustainable Supply Chain Associate you will work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager - ESG and the extended product and executive team to help provide strategic advice to large enterprise procurement teams on how to digitalise and harmonise their sustainable supply chain due diligence. This will require some initial research and data analysis which will be primarily qualitative, centred around the analysis of a company’s current supplier questionnaires and their sustainability objectives. You will become effective in helping to formulate digitalised questionnaire workflows to capture ESG data from suppliers, factories, and sites, aligning to the most rigorous international CSR standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, ISO 26000) We are looking to build a team and be driven forward by strong market forces, societal expectations, and emerging regulation. It goes without saying that being flexible and adaptable to change is necessary In your role, you can contribute to shaping this newly formed Sustainable Procurement approach using the well tested Inspectorio Rise platform. **Expected Impact**
- Help define our Sustainable Procurement approach by utilising the Inspectorio Rise platform and ensure the data and analytics we collect and visualise will help support our customers objectives.
- Support the growth of revenue by supporting all Rise ESG related opportunities with prospective client organizations
- Contribute to Inspectorio achieving its annual revenue targets and organizational growth plans
- Set prospective clients up to succeed with Inspectorio by helping to develop and configure the best workflows and processes to successfully run desktop audits out to suppliers.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Be the main internal advisor on how we should configure and run workflows to capture the ESG metrics that are critical for our enterprise customers.
- Be accountable for ensuring you meet your defined KPI’s
- Stay up to date on all Product and major Industry developments
- Successfully prescribe an impactful solution and be able to convince the client of the impact
- Ensure a frictionless, successful handoff of new clients to the Inspectorio Account Management and Customer Success Team
- Collaborate with Account Management throughout the relationship with a new client when necessary to ensure any obstacles to managing the relationship successfully are removed
- Collaborate with your team to design subscription proposals to be shared with the client
- Engage in active trading to reach optimal Proposal agreement with the client
- Lead client through the buying process to obtain a signed Proposal as efficiently as possible
- Maintain clear and updated documentation on all information gathered during client discussions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, and Product teams to maintain strategic alignment and effective execution of revenue growth efforts
- Engage with Senior and Executive Leadership to provide timely, objective evaluations of progress toward achieving KPI’s and communicate plans and strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded clearly
- Gather market requirements through direct customer input and provide input for future product offerings
