Marketing Executive - Online & Retail Marketing

Location: 1min from Boon Keng MRT

Employment Type: Full-time Tue-Sat 11am-8pm with flexi 1-day WFH

At Delcie’s Desserts & Cakes, we’re on a mission to redefine indulgence with our vegan, allergy-friendly, and diabetic-friendly desserts.

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our core team and work closely with our Founder and Kitchen Management Team to grow our brand presence both online and in-store.

1. Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
Focus on storytelling, brand's messaging and position across all platforms.

Manage and optimize website content for SEO to drive traffic and improve visibility.

2. Retail & In-Store Marketing:
Develop and execute in-store marketing promotions to increase customer engagement and sales.

Coordinate visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials to enhance brand presence in retail spaces.

Plan and promote seasonal launches, pop-up events, and collaborations.

3. Community & Influencer Engagement:
Build relationships with health, wellness, and nutrition influencers and like-minded business collaborations to expand our brand reach.

Organize and promote events like workshops, baking challenges, and community-driven initiatives.

Partner with media and key stakeholders to secure brand visibility and PR opportunities.

4. Performance & Growth Strategy:
Analyze and report on website, social media, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

Identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities to optimize marketing strategies.

Assist in budget management to ensure efficient use of marketing resources.What You’ll Bring

1+ years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, health, lifestyle, or wellness industries.

Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual design skills (experience with Canva, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus).

A passion for nutrition, health, and wellness, and an interest in food trends.

A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Strong organizational and project management skills to execute multiple campaigns that ensures a consistent and compelling brand voice efficiently.Why Join Us?
