To deputize the Section Lead and assist the Team Head and/or HOD to manage the Administration duties on daily SAMH/SWIFT operations. To assist in managing the cost allocation and charging out to BUs and subsidiaries

**Responsibilities**:

- To review and implement cost-effective solutions the improve the current operation and processes
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
- SAMH/SWIFT
to participate as one of the department representatives in the implementation of SAMH
post implementation, to be appointed as Maker/Checker (dual role) role to manage the daily BAU operations
- Department Process Streamlining & Improvement - to review existing processes, HO common rules and local practices and make recommendations for improvement
- Digitalization - to review current admin process to reduce physical hardcopies generated for approvals and propose feasible solution to convert hardcopies to electronic means
- Other administration tasks including ad-hoc projects as assigned by Team Head and/or HoD
- Adhere to all Bank or Head Office procedure and policies as well as guidelines
- Support and assist the HoD in managing Cost Allocation and charging to BUs and subsidiaries

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in bank operations and administrations
- Preferably with experience in handling and/or managing SAMH/SWIFT
- Experience in management of cost allocation, budget and payment processing
- Project management skills
- Team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to converse in Japanese to liaise with counterparts in regional head office in Japan is advantages
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or its equivalent
