**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for Warehouse Operations and custodian of all Inventories.

Oversees the kitting of work orders and binning of the raw materials. Ensure the work orders is kitted to production on time and timely submit of cycle count report of “A” item on a monthly basis. Liaise with Planner, Production Supervisor and Expeditors for urgent materials to be kit. Ensure 5S is performed daily.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORIZATION LEVEL**
- Responsible for Warehouse Receiving, WO Materials Kiting, FGs, Export Issuing

Operations.
- Accountable for the inventory accuracy in Singapore Warehouse.
- Ensure FIFO is practice for all materials to be kitted to production.
- Organize and co-ordinate all cycle count activities.
- Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor closely & work with relevant departments on the disposition of slow & non-moving inventory.
- Schedule staff deployment and roster planning to ensure optimal utilization on

manpower resources.
- Improve layout areas of warehouse to optimize usage of the space.
- Ensure security and safety of the warehouse, and compliance with regulatory

requirement, e.g. FTA, C-TPAT, ISO in the warehouse, as well as good housekeeping.
- Ensure warehouse material handling equipment, facilities and equipment are

regularly maintained
- Drive implementation of warehouse improvement projects to improve efficiency

and productivity of warehouse staffs and processes.
- Compile weekly and monthly summary reports.

**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**
- Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 5 years relevant warehouse and Inventory Management experience,

preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Must have knowledge of SAP.

- Work independently in a manufacturing environment.
- Mature, responsible with high integrity.
- Customer-oriented & able to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with all relevant departments ensure job efficiency, effectiveness and smoother warehouse operation
