The Material Coordinator is contributing to reception of Component received from any Aircraft operator or airline in South East Asia and Pacific.

The Material Coordinator and repair officer is contributing to management of Aerospace Material repair with Vendors based in Asia Pacific region.

Within the Material & Services branch in Singapore, Material Coordinator is responsible for:

- Perform system receipt of components
- Perform material transactions e.g. PO receipt, RO creation/receipt, movement, shipment and other relevant material transactions

**MAIN INTERFACES**
- Internal: _
- Regional Service Centre / Logistic Centre Managers
- CDG and SIN Logistic Centre staff
- Customer Support Expert (CDG)
- Outsourced repair department in France
- Shop engineering officer in France
- External: _
- Aerospace MRO centre
- Logistic Service Provider

**CONTEXT/ENVIRONMENT**

The market environment is highly influenced by product quality, time to market, and Availability of material at the time of the request. It is a highly competitive market, Material & Services is supporting 13 Pooling long-term contracted customers in the Asia Pacific and has to provide Material in serviceable condition to respect its contractual obligations.

Position based in SIN - ALPS avenue (Changi Airport Logistic Platerform)

Normal Shift - 9.00am to 6.00pm on 5 -Day Week

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Performing system receipt of components:

- Perform material transactions e.g. PO receipt, RO creation/receipt, movement, shipment and other relevant material transactions
- Ensure proper housekeeping
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times
- Perform tasks/functions assigned by manager

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Knowledge and experience: _
- Good written and communications skills
- Good work attitude and a team player
- Knowledge in logistics and/or repair management would be an advantage;
- Working experience in the aerospace industry (MRO) is preferred
- Comfortable with the use of computer tools
