**Roles & Responsibilities**

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, drive and coordinate project plan and deliveries with internal and external stakeholders
- Establish and manage detailed project plans, scope, milestones and deliverables
- Assess and manage project risks and mitigation plans
- Conduct cost-benefits / business needs analysis, and identify key business challenges and solutions
- Establish performance indicators, measure the achievement of desired business outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve the desired outcomes
- Track, prepare and communicate regular project progress timely to project sponsor and stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings effectively
- Build and enhance professional relationships with all stakeholders, including vendors

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1-3 years as a project manager/executive/officer, or a similar role
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience will be advantageous
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong people management skills
- Strong communication, written and facilitation skills
- Systematic with strong organisational and time management skills
- Multi-tasking ability, adaptable to changes, and enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, strong drive, and able to work independently

- Strong accountability to deliver high quality work
