[What the role is]

CAAS is seeking a passionate individual who is experienced in Employee Engagement and Branding to join our team. You will play an important role in enhancing our employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being, with a focus on fostering a positive work culture.

[What you will be working on]

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Undertake regular reviews to understand and identify the needs, experiences and expectations of our diverse workforce and design and execute programmes and initiatives aimed at enhancing our employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct Employee Engagement Survey and regular pulse checks to gather feedback from employees and use the data to drive improvements in our workplace experience and culture.
- Organise organisation-wide events and activities e.g. management-staff engagement sessions, staff appreciation ceremonies to strengthen employee engagement and promote a sense of community, appreciation and recognition in the workplace. You will be required to work with vendors and administer the related procurement requirements.
- Develop innovative approaches to adapt to the changing landscape of work, including hybrid work and new technologies.
- Partner our Talent Acquisition Team in recruitment branding and communication campaigns and efforts.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification and proven 6 - 8 years of experience in Human Resource, Organisational Development, or a related field, preferably with some prior experience in talent acquisition or business partnering
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement and culture-building best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of our organisation
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse employee feedback and HR metrics to drive improvements in our culture and employee engagement.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions while embodying our values
- A flair for creativity and design is a plus.
- Certified HR professional e.g. IHRP is an additional plus.
