**JOB OVERVIEW**
The Enterprise team serves global organizations, including leading companies, governments, and non-profits, who seek to upskill or retrain their workforce with the world’s best content and learning solutions. Importantly, we train and empower the workforce and help people secure jobs and achieve their career aspirations.
You should have extensive experience of sales to large enterprises and institutions. Your knowledge of edtech, enterprise learning / training combined with superior communication skills and analytical abilities will shape Institute enterprise business.
You will work closely with the other sales teams and marketing to ensure we operate as a seamless organization to build our pipeline of business. The ideal individual will have experience with enterprise sales/partnerships and be interested in working for a social enterprise.
Your domain knowledge in the adult learning sector, edtech, and enterprise learning combined with superior communication skills and analytical abilities, will shape Institute’s business to help us provide more access to skills and knowledge globally.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create a strategic sector plan and generate new-business revenue from targeted sectors
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Identify, effectively prospee activity and monitor sales activity against quota
- Use in-depth knowledge of industry trends to consult, support and manage prospective customers relationships
- Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 4-8 years of enterprise sales experience. More experienced individuals will be eligible for the Senior Manager position
- Demonstrated a track record in consultative and enterprise sales experience
- Experience of consistently exceeding quota of SGD 1 million and more, with proven success in accurately forecasting targets, and achieving sales commits
- Track record of establishing senior level, long term client relationships to generate cross-sell and upsell opportunities with strategic accounts
- Experience of managing meetings with C-suite representatives and key decision makers
- Proven ability to drive incremental YOY revenue, create new relationships and manage existing ones, and build loyalty across different business unit
