**Group Marketing Manager**

**Who are we?**

The Super Loco Group operates four Mexican restaurants in Singapore, serving up fresh, creative interpretations of classic Mexican food against a fun and festive backdrop. You are an energetic foodie who knows how to get things done. You love working with people and have a finger on the pulse when it comes to industry trends, social media and technology. You’ve got some marketing success stories to share, and have the skills to motivate a small team, execute excellent events and coordinate campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Market Research: Identify business opportunities and take inspiration from across the globe to enhance the Loco experience.
- Social Media & Content: Build and increase exposure of the restaurant group through creative content on our web and social media channels.
- Events Management: Plan signature events to make our venues stand out.
- OKRs and Budget: Maintain budget, set and track progress against OKRs.
- Touchpoints: Review and refresh in-venue and digital touchpoints.
- Public Relations: Oversee media relations and press releases.
- Brand Management: Make sure events, ideas, and collateral are on-brand.
- Teamwork: Lead a small team, and work with floor, bar and kitchen teams.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications or business.
- Track record of success in a multi-outlet restaurant business.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO social media and digital advertising.
- Experience in managing teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and written English.
- Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry.
- Willingness to go beyond the bounds of traditional marketing to create memorable experiences for our customers.
