Job Title : Regional Trainer, OSEA

**Job Description**:
Who are we looking for?

We are in search of someone to implement and maintain training and development activities within the region in cooperation with the Global Training and Development Department in Headquarters. In this role you will promote the company philosophy and vision, its goals and standards to the Retail Team within the region.

What will you work on?

This role will:

- Lead, facilitate and co-ordinate global training and development activities within assignedregion
- Evaluate and analyse training and development needs in the region in collaboration with the Global Training & Development Department
- Execute, monitor and control all training activities within the region
- Act as an internal training and development consultant for the Retail Team
- Pro-actively seek out and implement best practice within the region and in collaboration with theGlobal Training & Development Department
- Effective communication of training and business activities, launches and updates within theregion.
- Facilitation including training sessions, meetings and induction programs
- Promotion of the brand culture, The Client Journey and Client Experience. Understand, support and openly recognise team and individual needs/achievements in order to meet business objectives
- The recognition, encouragement, development and recommendation of the Retail Team according to their potential
- Establish realistic and measurable objectives of Retail Team in collaboration with managers
- Consult and train Retail Team to develop their own personal and selling skills
- Maintain and monitor appraisals for the evaluation of training needs

Who will you work with?

Internal
- OSEA Retail Store teams
- OSEA Office Team including Human Resources Manager, OSEA General Manager, OSEA
- Training & Development Team, Global

External- Outsourced vendors in OSEA.

About You

You will have:
Knowledge/Work Experience- Results-orientated, high energy and engaging personality
- Naturally strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Minimum of 2-3 years of similar experience
- Knowledge of the retail environment is desirable
- Desire to reflect and promote the image of the company
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and openness to learning
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work successfully within a team as well as independently
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel within and out of Australia
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deadline orientated and organised
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong relationship management skills
