**RISK **MANAGEMENT - ASSOCIATE
**ROLE SUMMARY**:
Responsible for the day-to-day risk management acting as the principal point of contact between risk, dealing, finance and operations team. To ensure comprehensive and effective risk control to support the Company in achieving its commercial objectives.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Daily tracking and monitoring of risk exposures specifically covering market risk, liquidity risk, and credit risk
- Development and maintenance of key risk control indicators
- Set up limits (product, position, credit and others) across all customer accounts
- Perform market risk related control, including investigation of all limit excesses and escalating limit breaches.
- Report operational risk issues and decisions to management on regular basis
- Coordinate with management in performing operational risk reviews
- Enhance and maintain documentation for risk management and risk policies and procedures
- Investigate root causes of operational risks especially when incidents or exposures arise and report outcome and mitigating solutions to management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct initial credit scoring of newly on-boarded clients and periodic credit reviews on existing clients
- Lead and contribute to adhoc assignments and projects as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Possess the ability to understand, evaluate and manage the various risks inherent in a brokerage firm
- Should be meticulous, responsible, initiative and self-driven
- Teamwork, good interpersonal and communications skills are essential
- Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in financial industry Risk Management, fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Experience in managing risk exposures arising from trading in derivatives and familiarity with futures exchanges trading and clearing rules is preferred
- Able to work on public holiday, if required
