**Editorial Internship**

**Start date**: Immediate

Think Tank Studio is looking for an Editorial Intern to create and execute content for our in-house publications, Represent and Present Perfect.

**Objective**
- Develop and execute content plans
- Contribute to the editorial output of the studio
- Work with the studio’s teams to produce content for both internal and external editorial projects

We're looking for someone with:

- Strong writing and content production capabilities with the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment
- A genuine interest in research, writing and reaching out to youths
- An openness to learn and grow

**Core responsibilities**

CONTRIBUTE to the conceptualisation and execution of our magazines
- Create a range of content for our publications and projects for both digital and print mediums.
- Conduct research to understand our target audience and how we can better meet their needs.
- Generate ideas for articles and stories with the writing staff.
- Pitch and propose ideas for our publications.
- Edit and re-write articles and stories, some of which may be returned to the writers for revision.

UPHOLD our writing unit standards
- Work with writing staff (full-time and/or freelance), designers and other editors.
- Proof-read and copy write for any other Company related publications or projects.
- Attend any relevant meetings, events and conferences, and make presentations when necessary.

**General**
- You must be able to organise and manage your own time and project schedules effectively or be willing to learn.

**Team Structure**:The Editorial Intern will work under the direct supervision of the Editors as part of the Editorial unit

Think Tank Studio is a curatorial studio that makes meaning in a complex world by crafting compelling stories and experiences.

We do this through our own products — current affairs and educational magazines _Broader Perspectives, Present Perfect _and _Represent _. We also help other organisations craft meaningful stories and experiences through our specialisations in research, content, design and communication.
