Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and communicate Ariba roadmap to internal Stakeholders
- Identify, plan and manage the implementation of relevant Ariba new releases
- Working with Procurement team to identify opportunities for process optimization and manage implementation of solutions.
- Work with IT on the integration of Ariba with other systems
- Work with Stakeholders, Internal IT teams and Ariba support to, manage workflow or data-related issues, authorization requests and system outage notifications
- Maintenance of Ariba templates and workflows
- Track and manage issues raised via the Ariba support network to completion
- Managing user authorization requests
- Perform Ariba data analysis, manage custom dashboards, public report folder, establish metrics, frequency and distribution of reports
- Implement dashboards for stakeholders
- Compile reports from the Ariba tool as needed
- Monitor licensing usage and adherence to system contractual usage/terms, audits and regulatory/compliance

Support all audit requirements for Ariba with internal IT and Procurement Business unit
**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**:

- 5-10 years work experience in Ariba is essential
- 5-10 years of experience in analyzing process and system constraints, putting together options, providing recommendations and implementing optimal process or system solutions is essential
- 2-5 years of Project Management experience is preferred
- 2-5 years of experience working within a procurement organization is preferred
- Prior experience with working and implementing ARIBA with integration to SAP
- SAP knowledge (MRP functionality) is a requirement

Experience in managing the system via the Ariba network is essential

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

- Deep knowledge in the sourcing, SLP and contract administration modules.
- Technical ability to configure the Ariba system
- Experience in Business Analysis and Business Process Management
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certifications
- Proven ability to plan and perform and have been involved in technical work presenting new or regularly changing problems, work from broad instruction, deal with complex factors not easily evaluated.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills grounded in continuous quality improvement required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective vendor, and stakeholder relationships, influence decisions and collaborate effectively across the organization required.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong structured thinking ability
- Extensive spread sheet analysis (Excel preferably with course certification) and strong mathematical abilities
