**Position Summary**

SHEIN is seeking a mid-level Regional IP & Litigation Counsel who will be responsible for managing the Company’s dispute matters in the APAC (ex-Mainland China) region. This will include investigating and responding to complaints, and managing litigation with outside counsel in connection with various business, employment, intellectual property and other types of commercial and transactional disputes.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating with internal teams and outside counsel on litigation matters relating to a variety of legal and regulatory matters.
- Managing brand protection and intellectual property enforcement program, including managing tools and partners, and preparing takedown notices and cease and desist letters.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders with respect to compliance with SHEIN’s IP, supplier and marketplace policies.
- Advising internal teams on marketplace governance matters. Performing other duties as assigned or required.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experienced lawyer with 7 to 10 years of post-qualification experience, and minimum of five years of litigation experience at a law firm.
- In-depth knowledge of laws relating to intellectual property, and experience in multi-lateral cross-border disputes.
- In-depth knowledge of laws pertaining to platform liability.
- E-commerce, marketplace and/or start-up experience is strongly preferred.
- Must be qualified to practice law in any of Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, or the United Kingdom.
- Positive, friendly, can-do and collaborative attitude focused on maintaining the highest standards of business and professional conduct.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Exceptional legal drafting, research and analytical skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions while exercising good judgment.
- Have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and sense of professional accountability.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members in other parts of the world.
