**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures, welfare benefits, internships and work support schemes.
- Participate in full-employee lifecycle including offering, onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, retention etc.
- All other HR tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- **MUST-HAVE: PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN LINKEDIN RECRUITMENT**
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Must be a team player and assist colleagues.
- Good working knowledge of employment law and MOM practices
