Key Responsibilities:
As one of the senior members of the HR Business Partner team, you will play a key role in the formulation and execution of HR strategies and initiatives to support desired business outcomes. Besides working with the business to implement impactful and effective people solutions, you are also required to be operationally sound and execution-focused to guide the team into transforming strategies into actions. Responsibilities for the role include:
a) Partner business leaders to formulate HR strategies that will engage employees and deliver organizational goals.

b) Influence managers in the areas of leadership, organization effectiveness, change management, organization architecture and capability building.

c) Drive a high-performance culture ensuring that leaders are effective in the performance management of their team.

d) Act as an employee champion and change agent. Develop and execute employee engagement strategies and initiatives.

e) Partner HR Centres of Excellence to formulate and implement solutions for various HR activities.

f) Analyse and assess talent management and succession planning needs. Ensure adequate talent pipeline to support business strategies.

g) Undertake full suite of employee life cycle activities ranging from hire to retire.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

**Requirements**:
1. Strong influencing, negotiation, facilitation and people management skills.

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

3. Able to see the big picture as well as possess an eye for details.

4. At least 10 years related experience with demonstrated track record of effective HR business partnership.

5. Degree holder in any discipline, HR-related studies preferred.

6. IHRP certification preferred.
