This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring infrastructure services are delivered to the business, by partnering closely with our outsourced service provider, IBM, our WPP group infrastructure team and the GroupM Technology team. This role be responsible for driving stabilization projects whilst managing the partnerships between GroupM, IBM and WPP IT, all whilst maintaining a service mentality.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Work with the Regional and Global GroupM IT members to create robust project definitions and deliverables that align to WPP standards
- Work with the GroupM Business Partners to ensure business specific input to both the GroupM and WPP technology projects and programmes.
- Engaging with WPP IT and IBM Service Delivery teams
- Change Management assessment, planning and communication
- Set up and manage project work packages, facilitate testing signoff by users, transitioning into on-going service and project closure.
- Manage project scope and change control and escalate issues as necessary
- Plan and monitor the project progress; agree and align plans with the GroupM Technology team and submit regular reports indicating any deviations from plan at either stage or project level and any corrective action taken

**What you'll need**:

- Independent thinker, strong decision making capabilities; you are not an administrator
- Ideally come from a consultancy or service delivery background
- Demonstrable understanding of service management (i.e. understand the concepts & processes of service management, knowledge of change and release management etc)
- Highly organised, excellent planning skills with strong project management & change background
- Experience of working on tech change projects
- A direct, straightforward style, able to cut to the core quickly
- Excellent people and team management skills, able to manage upwards and influence in a complex environment.
- Computer Science background or formal training
- English speaking and able to travel
