**Operations Manager - Apex Signages**

Apex Signages is a fast-growing signage company. We create high-quality, innovative signage solutions for major brands, corporations and government sectors. We are hiring a **hands-on Operations Manager** to lead project execution and installation works.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations of fabrication, production and installation
- Plan manpower, schedule jobs and allocate resources
- Coordinate with suppliers, factories and subcontractors
- Ensure all works meet quality, safety and regulatory requirements (e.g., Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), Land Transport Authority (LTA), mall/landlord regulations) BCA Corp+1
- Review technical drawings, shop drawings, installation schematics and regulatory submissions
- Prepare risk assessments, method statements and maintain site safety compliance
- Drive process efficiency to reduce delays and optimise cost
- Work closely with sales, design and accounts teams for smooth hand-overs
- Monitor project progress and report performance, issues and improvements
- Lead, train and develop the operations and installation team

**Requirements & Industry Standards**
- Minimum **3 years** experience in operations or project management in construction, signage, fabrication or related industry
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, site safety procedures, technical submissions and compliance filings
- Experience managing installers, subcontractors and cross-functional teams
- Fluent in **English and Mandarin** (for liaising with suppliers/factories)
- Excellent coordination, planning, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus
- High accountability and ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with industry regulatory standards: e.g., signage must comply with URA / BCA guidelines for height/projection/permitting in Singapore BCA Corp
