We are expanding the operations into TH, HK China, AU, MU, EU and more regions to come, where we obtained licenses or permissions from the local authorities, e.g. central banks, SECs, and FSCs.

With the easy-to-use mobile app, users can access a wide range of financial services, including electronic payment service, wallet services and trading. Through our wallet, users can send money to anyone, pay for bills, shop online at over 100,000 merchants, receive money transfers from 200+ countries even without a bank account.

**Requirements**:

- **Treasury operations**:Supervise and manage daily treasury operations, **fiat and crypto **; with a focus on safeguarding assets, mitigating risks and minimizing costs
- **Cash Management**: Implement a treasury and cash management strategy (for both fiat and crypto assets) to automate and modernize critical treasury functions, and optimize liquidity for operational requirements from different Business Units.
- **Reconciliation**: Conduct timely, daily, monthly and other periodic reconciliations of assets (fiat and crypto) to resolve any abnormality, discrepancies and escalation swiftly; and to initiate auto recon projects to improve efficiency and timeliness
- **Risk Management**: Strategically identify and manage financial risks through timely implementation of controls measures and, ensuring continuous robust compliance
- **Exposure management**: Manage crypto and foreign currency exposure and payments, forecasting of medium and long
- term funding and hedging requirements to deploy proper risk management and risk mitigation strategies.
- **Strategic Planning**: Engage in strategic planning to deliver pivotal financial analysis and reports in sync with finance and accounting teams, and to offer treasury insights to guide financial strategies.
- **Relationship management**: Initiate and maintain good relationships with banks and external partners to boarden Manage crypto on-ramp and off-ramp processes/ flows of all fiat channels respectively; supervise processes with internal and external partners to ensure proper and efficient availability of liquidity.
- **Others**: Ad-hoc duties deemed fit per business growth and strategic direction

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, accounting, banking, or business management
- Proven experience with at least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity, with cross-border payments/remittance in a multinational setup a must
- Experience in crypto space, banking, financial trading company or fintech
- Strong relationship management or resources with banks, fiat channels and other external partners
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data-driven decision making
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and short timelines are met with consistent ability to achieve results
- Good understanding in financial system, NetSuite cash management is a plus
- Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
