**Responsibilities**:
- Working Days/timing: 5 days (on site 3 days a week)
- Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Accident report data entry
- Liaising with Vendor on the repair status
- Arranging accident vehicle to contractor for repair
- Administer invoice / billing related matters
- Other ad-hoc general administration
**Requirements**:
- Min NTC 2 / Nitec
- Competent in using MS Office
- Have good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Have strong attention to detail and is a team player
