This role reports to VP of Quality and Regulatory, APZ and is responsible for coordinating regional quality and regulatory initiatives, support implementation of global and regional policies and programs and execution of quality and regulatory projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities Responsible as project coordinator for regional quality and regulatory initiatives includes but not limited to managing initiative calendar, materials and database. Maintains a comprehensive initiatives list, track progression and updates on monthly basis. Coordinates and support implementation of global and regional policies and programs. Responsible to maintain Governance metric template and database. Ensures completion of Governance metric by each site and workstream on time for monthly reporting. Support execution of Quality and Regulatory projects regionally or locally as assigned aligning to functional priorities of the year Support the coordination and execution of APZ Quality and Regulatory Communication and Training Materials. Organizes APZ Quality and Regulatory events as assigned. Support Quality Culture Lead on execution and implementation of Quality Culture Program
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, Food Science, Food Law or related discipline
At least 1-3 years of Quality or Regulatory experience, preferably within Food, Beverage or Related industry.
Familiarity with quality system or certification would be desirable. Project Management experience would be desirable.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skill in English. Competency in one or more Asian language(s) would be desirable.
Interaction with Regional and local Quality and Regulatory team, across region on weekly basis and global regulatory team on need-based basis. May interacts with cross functional teams on need-based basis too. Ability to communicate with all levels of team members from different backgrounds.
