**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
- Utilize effective communication techniques to engage customers and promote offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and business development opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining high-quality standards in communication.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively convey information to customers.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and telemarketing best practices.
- Experience in business development or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
