**Requirements**:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with professional experience to join our team as **Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Underwriting**.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience, knowledge and skills:
- Minimum 5 years working experience with strong experience & good understanding of motor insurance products.
- Ability to learn & retain motor insurance products & procedural information.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to motivate a team to deliver results.
- Ability to consistently deliver high productivity & exceptional customer service & quality standards.
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills demonstrating an ability to deal with customers & colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to work without supervision & be self-motivated in a proactive manner seeing tasks through to resolution.
- Consistently present a professional & positive approach.
- Good command of English.
**Job Descriptions**
The successful applicant will:
- Underwrite Motor retail, fleet and scheme business within delegated Underwriting authority
- Review monthly renewal business for pricing adequacy and claims cases for optimised portfolio and profitability
- Service allocated producers (agents and brokers) to provide them with underwriting queries support, for quotations and referral risks
- Actively support production of good and profitable Motor retail business including Fleet and Motor schemes
- Lead process improvement projects.
- Carry out User Acceptance Testing, coordinate feedback from users and liaise with the IT team.
- Work closely with our IT team to actively manage and continuously improve the user experiences and introduce new features for our online Motor sales portal
- Support cooperation work with our Claims team to minimize claims leakages
- Any other duties from time to time assigned by Management or CUO
