Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in checking, receiving, and recording warehouse stock and deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock-takes
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding goods movement
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document control
- Managing day to day bookkeeping:data entry bank reconciliation, journal entries,and accounting schedules
- Processing accounts payable and Receivable efficiently and accurately.
- Preparing monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Generate reports for management review
- Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related fiel
- At least 1 year of working experience in warehousing, administration, or accounting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Able to handle multiple roles and work independently
- Good communication and coordination skills

Location : Aljunied Mrt (walk 10 Min)

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
