- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 6 pm; Alternate Sat, 9 am - 12 pm)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop accurate construction project costs from plans and specifications.
- Keep the project budget in line with client needs and financial constraints.
- Procure materials, subcontractor services, and equipment required for construction projects through competitive tendering processes.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors for good terms.
- Analyze tender documents and prepare comprehensive bid proposals in response to client requirements.
- Create Bills of Quantities (BQs) and pricing schedules.
- Check measurements and amounts on job sites to match project requirements.
- Implement cost control measures to track project expenses, identify variances, and mitigate budget overruns.
- Keep detailed records for contracts to help with audits and rules.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project costs, progress, and challenges.
