While the market braces itself for a global recession, BCI is experiencing exponential growth within both the APAC and American regions. **The Roles and Products** We actively looking for a **Customer Relationship Specialist **to be part of our Archify Team. **_Archify _**is a Digital Marketing Platform that enables our clients (building material suppliers) to market their product's brands directly to the user of the platform mainly Design professionals such as architects, designers, and engineers. This role will challenge you to be creative in building professional relationships with our Archify platform users. It's allowed you to maximize your social media creativity, ideas, and communication skills besides enabling you to develop new ideas on how to educate the user on Archify platform benefits. - Engage with current users and educate them on Archify platform features. - Actively looking for new users and supporting them to create their account at Archify. - Dealing with internal stakeholders on technical support. - Be on Archify "Live" talk session - Instagram - Review users' accounts and ensure their project profile is updated with the latest project development. - Visitations to build up relationships and many more **Basic experience is needed as below.
