The Air Station team aspires to spearhead the sleep health and wellness sector, delivering restful nights through its network of Sleep Health professionals and fuss free connectivity to medical services and information.
We provide a one stop solution for all Sleep Apnea needs, from diagnostic to therapy requirements; bringing world-class auto continuous positive airway pressure (Auto CPAP) technology, with high standards of customer experience to those who suffer from sleepless nights.
As part of our expansion plan to push boundaries in sleep care pathways, our Singapore office is seeking to recruit a Business Manager Responsible for strategising, identifying and planning for business growth including leading and managing the business to source for warm leads, engage the prospects, follow through and secure the deals to meet/exceed the sales targets, as well as to engage, train, service and support the customers and users on an on-going basis.
Specifically, you will
- Strategise and plan to develop business in the country in line with the Company’s directions and growth plans through working in close consultation with Group Director.
- Engage with the customers and users to understand their evolving needs and introduce new products and solutions that may meet both their expressed and covert needs.
- Lead the Sales Team to provide advice on the features, functionalities and usage of products and aftersales support (both technical, with the help of the Engineering Support Team, and non-technical) support to the customers and product users.
- Continually engage the customers and users and develop them as advocates and Key Opinion Leaders for the Company.
- Manage and optimise expenses through thoughtful planning and execution of client meetings, training, events and work activities and usage of resources
- Lead, engage, mentor and motivate team members to excel and achieve their targets and grow them personally and professionally
You should possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, Biology or Science, have a minimum 10 years of sales experience in medical devices, including minimum 2 years of managing a team or growing a business unit. To succeed in this role, you should possess an enterprising and growth mindset, be result-driven and demonstrate the tenacity and drive to succeed. As you will be required to collaborate with regional country Business Leaders as well as Clients in the medical sector, you must possess strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
