**Payroll Implementation Consultant Associate [ Data Migration team ]**

**( Functional-Non-Tech Roles )**

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project requirements and draft project-related documents including business requirement documents, specifications, change requests and etc.
- Responsible for the project's due diligence, standardization of process, data transition, reconciliation and process enhancement/development.
- Responsible for system configuration, effectively communicating with TECH for customized requirements, providing suitable solutions to customers and reaching an agreement.
- Responsible for data migration activities for the public service division
- Responsible for project management to ensure the fulfillment of project objectives which includes executing on the basis of project plan and project management process to ensure the timely and qualified deliverables.
- Responsible for system SIT, UAT and P-run, recording and tracking the issues found and ensuring that all the issues are solved in time.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the department leader.

Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimal 2-4 years exp of SG payroll and/ or exp in Excel ( Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table )
- Good verbal and written communication ability in English
- Strong learning, communication and logical thinking skills are plus.
- Good stress tolerance and adaptability, working experience in foreign company is preferred.
- Interested in projects is preferred.
- Training will be provided as required
- employees can choose, for which they can take off in liew on weekday ). There is no OT for same.
