**Responsibilities**
- Reports directly to the Production Manager
- Coordinate production workflow in the shopfloor
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and mínimal delay
- Plan a weekly machine loading plan and 3 months forecasted loading plan
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Recommend to Production Manager on deployment of workers and other staff to meet production and delivery requirements
- Recommend shift schedule to Production Manager according to production needs
- Liaise with Purchasing and Suppliers for material deliveries and outsourcing schedules
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time
- Address issues whenever they arise with the aim of mínimal disruption
- Obtain output information (Number of finished products etc.)
- Prepare/submit status and performance
- Collaborate with Quality, Sales, Store, Engineering and other departments to ensure good production flow and coordination
- Manage/train the assistant planners and subordinates
- Any other duties assigned by Manager

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principle
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin
- Willing to learn and a team player

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Production Planner: 1 year (required)
