Housekeeping Executive

**Job description**
- Ensure the overall landscape is pest control free from mosquito breeding and ensure optimal cleanliness
- Liaise, provide attendance, carry out inspections with client's direct Contractors (e.g. cleaning contractor, pneumatic waste system maintenance, general and recyclable waste contractor) and improve service standards
- Keep track of Contractor’s subcontractors’ performance and follow up with pest control, grease interceptors desilting services
- Work with the Zone Managers on the routine inspection and gather feedback and inform the respective Housekeeping Contractors to follow up with works or inform the S.O where a work order is required
- Submit reports to client on cleaning schedule, complains and problems encountered

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in relevant area of Estate Management or equivalent
- Must have completed skills certification under the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) - National Skills Recognition System (NSRS) and trained in the following 6 NSRS Units of Competence for the pest management industry & cleaning & grease interceptor desilting i.e. the following modules:

- Prepare Pest Management Equipment
- Treat Mosquito Infestation
- Treat Rodent Infestation
- Treat Cockroach Infestation
- Treat Fly Infestation
- Treat Flea Infestation
- Cleaning Carpets
- Cleaning Furniture and Furnishings
- Cleaning Hard Floors
- Cleaning Sanitary Fixtures, Fittings and Toilet Floors
- Cleaning vertical surfaces, glass and ceiling
- Providing quality services
