We're looking for a **Therapist cum Receptionist** who will be both the welcoming face of our clinic and a skilled aesthetic therapist. This unique hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and is excited to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

**Reception & Front Desk Excellence**
- Be the first smile patients see — greet and assist patients warmly as they enter the clinic.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments with precision and a personal touch.
- Manage patient registration and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle billing and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep the front desk and reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless communication and patient care.

**Patient Care & Treatment Delivery**
- Perform customized aesthetic treatments including facials, body therapies, and device-based procedures like Hydrafacial, IPL, and Fat Freezing.
- Assist doctors during in-clinic procedures and consultations.
- Guide patients through their treatment journey — from preparation to post-treatment care.
- Explain procedures clearly, discuss expected results, and ensure all consent forms are completed.
- Monitor patients' comfort and safety at all times, ensuring a five-star experience.
- Review doctor’s notes and support follow-up care with appropriate product dispensing and appointment scheduling.

**Clinic Operations & Inventory Management**
- Open and close the clinic according to SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all treatment and common areas.
- Track and manage inventory stock levels, alerting relevant departments of any discrepancies or expirations.
- Ensure the treatment rooms are always prepared and fully stocked for upcoming appointments.
- Participate in daily operational tasks that keep the clinic running smoothly and efficiently.

**Sales & Customer Engagement**
- Understand each patient's goals and provide thoughtful product and treatment recommendations aligned with doctor consultations.
- Cross-sell and upsell treatments and skincare solutions confidently and ethically.
- Help patients plan their treatment journey, creating a strong reason for them to return.
- Stay updated on the clinic's full range of services and skincare products to serve as a trusted advisor.

- Skilled in or passionate about beauty, wellness, and skincare treatments.
- Excellent communicator, both over the phone and in person.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and thrives in a team-focused, fast-paced setting.
- Able to multitask and manage both front desk and treatment room responsibilities.
- Prior experience in aesthetic clinics, spas, or wellness centers is a plus.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
