It's an exciting time of growth for IFF, we’re inviting dedicated and passionate individual to join us as Associate Designer, Dairy & Beverage for our Singapore Nourish Taste division. Reporting to a Design Director, Beverages, the role will work closely with the commercial counterparts on proactive, customer reactive project.

**Your Focus**

**How you will contribute**
- Work on assigned task under guidance
- Support co-ordination for incoming projects
- Learn flavor bank, flavor language, ingredients, sensory evaluation and selection techniques for product concept, design work and in relevant project end use
- Run laboratory trials on formulations of various beverage and dairy products, as required.
- Ensure activities are in line with IFF policies, business strategies and Global Innovation Rules as well as ensure a safe, hygienic and efficient day-to-day operations of the Dairy, Beverage, Frozen dessert laboratory and facilities.
- Ensure proposed solutions to customers are in compliance with the regulatory, religious and customer requirements (GRA legislation, CIU, etc.)
- Regularly update and maintain technical self-note into relevant IFF databases that the company may develop and introduce from time to time
- Provide technical assistance to customer when required
- Support lab activities such as maintaining a good stock of raw materials and consumable items. Responsible for processing and analytical lab equipment to be in good condition

**Job Requirements**:
**What you will need to be successful**
- Diploma / Degree in Food Science or equivalent
- Minimally 4 years of relevant experience. Beverage industry would be an advantage
