- Position Title**:Technical Project Manager (DX, Hybrid Work Arrangement)**:
- Working Location: City Hall
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $6,500 + Completion Bonus per Annual**:
- Duration: 2-year contract
**Key Responsibilities**
Business Analysis:
- Develop specialist knowledge of how technology enables company business/data operations.
- Understand business needs and convert them into technical plans and specifications.
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis for development projects.
- Identify opportunities to enhance/streamline processes, operations, and systems.
Technical Project Management:
- Oversee DX development projects through full lifecycle; from concept to deployment.
- Ensure technology vendors understand and address business needs.
- Manage progress, track milestones, and revise project plans for successful delivery.
- Manage stakeholders and vendors to ensure adherence to scope, cost, and schedule.
Risks, Issues & Process Management:
- Identify, report and manage risks/issues.
- Perform and evaluate business impact on transitioning from current to future state transition.
- Maintain accurate and current technical and process documentation.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable policies and governance requirements (Data Privacy and Information Security, PDPA, IT Policies, etc.), including conducting periodic audits.
- Initiate and implement measures to streamline policies/governance procedures.
Stakeholder and Change Management:
- Create and implement business readiness strategies inclusive of IT deployment, data migration and business enablement to foster effective integration of solutions.
- Maintain consistent engagement with business stakeholders, project sponsors, and delivery teams to develop/implement change management plans and feedback evaluation.
- Track and document progress, providing timely updates to both the company and management.

- Minimum Degree in IT, Project Management, Business or relevant fields with at least 3 years of experience in technical project management role.
- Relevant industry certification(s) such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-ACP (PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), etc.
- Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge in any of the following: Azure, MSSQL, Power Platform, Python.
- Familiarity with the Market Research / Data Analytics industry.
- Understanding of data protection legislation and/or cybersecurity.
