- AR/AP entry and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly salary, OT, sales commission and payroll.
- Attendance/leave records.
- Handling the preparation of GST tax filings.
- Managing full set of accounts.
- Able to analyse data for cost budgetting.
- Responsible for assisting monthly closing and financial operations
- Collaborate with procurement department to ensure the accuracy of invoices.
- All HR matter.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge in using Xero accounting software.
- Knowledge in using Carbonate software.
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration or relevant field of study equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
