**Responsibilities:
The position requires identifying and formulating appropriate product positioning, messaging, value proposition and differentiation for the GCS solutions product portfolio, in order to effectively meet the needs of the target market segment, as well as ensure that the plans and programs are effectively executed with the objective of achieving GCS Solutions revenue, profit & GI targets. Further measurement include oversight and management of the GCS solution penetration rate for all GCS business (HW) deals.

The role further requires the coordination and leadership of the Colour Management Business Development function, working with Fogra Certified Colour Specialists, so as to help new and existing customers delight their own customers, produce more jobs, reduce costs and grow their business through our GCS Solutions offerings.

In addition, the GCS Solutions Executive collaborates with other Solutions Marketing members and the team at the Customer Engagement Centre (CEC) at Mapletree Business Centre to proactively support the GCS solutions in the centre as well as actively supporting demonstrations and all forms of customer engagement.

**Qualifications:
- Previous working experience in a professional or SW / IT services environment
- At least 2-3 years of Product Life Cycle Management, including designing and executing Marketing Programs
- Strong background in Sales or Marketing in a developed GC market
- Demonstrated ability to lead the GCS Solutions business (working across the organization)
- Strong representative of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Singapore’s culture, values, ethics and commitment to shared objectives
- Credible, competent, trustworthy, reliable and collaborative
- Engages collaboratively with others (internal and external stakeholders) to achieve results while maintaining professional and ethical relationships
- An understanding of the key drivers and technologies of the Graphic Arts industry, including Commercial Print, Quick Print, the Corporate print environment as well as the Creative & Design community
- Exhibits a thorough understanding of software licensing, service level agreements (i.e. support / maintenance and consultancy) and appreciation of software development, feature enhancements and release cycles.
- Knowledge of trends, challenges, Critical Success Factors (CSF) and GC industry regulations that influence the segment
- Connections within the GC Industry associations in order to facilitate an increase of awareness of FX offerings and services
