**Overview & Hire Details**:

- Lead a project to create an online coaching program.
- Assist with coaching clients & workshops when required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the social media content for Westbourne Associates (WA). Create content, schedule posts and devise a calendar to promote WA online. Ensure engagement and interaction on social media platforms.
- Produce branded presentations for clients - this will include workshops, facilitations and any supportive documents that go alongside it.
- Design and integrate proposals for clients using WA branding.
- Create an online coaching program to offer to clients. Be involved with content creation, sourcing relevant providers to help with filming/ audio etc.
- Support WA with any coaching & workshop needs that arise from clients.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience of putting together social media/ understanding marketing strategies
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint & Word
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Self-starter and able to take the initiative
- Can-do attitude and excited to work in a small team to grow WA
- Ideally coaching qualifications (or an interest in the area & willingness to learn)
