**The Role**

**_We’re looking for _**
- Experienced with organizing events up to 2000+ attendance
- At least 5 years in the Event Management Industry in Singapore / SEA
- Knowledge of the B2B Event management industry
- Ability to source for materials & negotiate for best prices from suppliers
- Coordinate and manage set-up and production of event on-site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event
- Plan and propose workflows for every event
- Supervise and manage suppliers and contractors on location
- Works closely with team to collectively produce a successful event;
- Excellent organizer with strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize based upon the event requirements.
- Managing the clients and colleagues expectations accurately with the ability to meet agreed deadlines.
- Experience managing a wider team on site at an event, with the ability to troubleshoot on site at events before anyone else, react accordingly and provide solutions to the internal team, external suppliers and clients alike.
- Immaculate attention to detail & writing skills can input information quickly, accurately and thoroughly while being comfortable with proofreading and basic copywriting
- Team player - happy to take instructions but also work independently and proactively when required.
- Excellent experience in working with spreadsheets and creating proposals and presentations in PowerPoint is a must

- You have the ability to plan ahead and meet tight deadlines, all while juggling multiple critical requests
- Relevant Events experience in any industry
- Ability to work across all levels with strong communication and interpersonal skills, working well independently and in teams
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle highly confidential information
- Managing Events producers and executives to ensure delivery of events.
