**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Implementation**:

- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in English language arts, focusing on vocabulary, phonics, storytelling, and basic reading and writing skills.
- **Classroom Management**:
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity, cooperation, and respect among students.
- **Individualized Support**:
Observe and assess each child's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and styles.Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child’s development and addressing any concerns.Work closely with other teachers and staff to coordinate activities, share resources, and contribute to the overall success of the preschool program.Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.**Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, L2 LON, DECCE-T
- **Experience**:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.Patience, adaptability, and a caring attitude.
- **Skills**:Strong command of the English language.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,800.00 per month
